Lagos announces Admission into Model Colleges, others

The Lagos State Examinations Board has announced a new date for the 2022 screening test for Lagos State Model Colleges and upgraded Junior Secondary Schools.

The Board’s statement was endorsed by Mr Abayomi Abolaji, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, and made available to newsmen, on Thursday.

The Ministry said the examination into Lagos State Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools will now hold from Tuesday, 19th to Friday, 22nd July 2022.

The statement read, “Ministry of Education, through the Lagos State Examinations Board, hereby notifies the general public, especially parents and candidates who have duly registered for the Year 2022 Screening Test into Lagos State Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools that the examination is now rescheduled to hold from Tuesday, 19th to Friday, 22nd July 2022 to give room for prospective candidates who have not fully registered.”

The Ministry appealed to candidates who are yet to register to do so and print out their registration slips immediately, while those who have registered should visit the Board’s portal: examsboard.lagosstae.gov.ng to register again with the Serial Number and Personalized Identification Number (PIN) issued to them for the first registration and print out their examination slips containing the necessary information for the exams.

The statement added, “Therefore, the Examination Board solicits for the cooperation of all the stakeholders for a successful exercise, adding that all enquiry be directed to the Board office in Agege near NYSC Orientation camp.”
