Forty-two (42) members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have had their service year extended for contravening service rules in Anambra state.
Three (3) others were recommended for state award in recognition of their outstanding performance during their service year.
This was on Thursday July 7 at the passing out parade for the 2021 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Corps Members, reports CAMPUS GIST.
Meanwhile, the Scheme said it lost one corps member in the state during the service year as a result of illness.
NYSC Anambra State Coordinator, Mrs Blessing Ekene Iruma, made the revelation in Awka, the state capital.
