The Edo State Government has formally endorsed the Most Beautiful Campus Queen (MBCQ) beauty pageant, which is hosted by Campus Model Worldwide, organisers of Celebrity Fashion Week and Students’ Celebrity Award.
The endorsement was conveyed to organisers of the beauty pageant in a letter signed by Rex Charles Nzeribe, Head, Training and Programme in the State’s Skills Development Agency, on behalf of the Managing Director.
A copy of the endorsement letter dated October 11, 2022, and entitled: “Letter of Endorsement”, was exclusively obtained by CAMPUS GIST‘s Edo Campuses’ correspondent on Tuesday.

It reads, “The CAMPUS MODEL WORLDWIDE (organizers of MOST BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS QUEEN, CELEBRITY FASHION WEEK and STUDENTS CELEBRITY AWARD) is organizing her campus model carnival, which is a commendable project that highlights different parts of the creative sector in Edo State, and acts as a platform for motivation for Edo-Based Creatives.
“In line with the above, the Edo State Skills Development Agency (EdoJobs) is happy to endorse this project.
“As an Agency, we believe in the tenets of CAMPUS MODEL WORLDWIDE and this is why we will be supporting this year’s edition.”
Meanwhile, in a related development, the Most Beautiful Campus Queen (MBCQ) Organisation has bagged a franchise to represent Nigeria at the Miss Teen Globe International Beauty Pageant in far away Paraguay.

The development which received nationwide commendation has been lauded as a major breakthrough for the MBCQ as it becomes the first-ever campus pageant brand to gain an International recognition.
Sales of contestant forms is still ongoing as the Beauty Pageant is still in search for the most beautiful lady that is worthy to represent Nigeria and its beautiful culture in a foreign land.

In a chat with CAMPUS GIST, the Director, Campus Model Worldwide, Mr. Divine Future Johnson, said that the winner of this year’s MBCQ edition will walk home with N2 million grand prize and a “ticket” to represent Nigeria in Paraguay.
